Tony Wright is the Managing Director of Global Imprint Pty Ltd and serves on its board of directors. Before becoming the MD of Global Imprint, Tony has and continues to hold directorship of various business entities and across various industries and has extensive experience representing the financial interests of companies ranging from Medical, Global Procurement, and chain supply management to mining and resource companies.
As a seasoned Accountant and CFO, Tony’s specialist areas include business turnaround and restructuring and managing the successful turnaround of cash-constrained businesses. agreement making, negotiation, and implementation of land access agreements.
Tony holds a Post Grad Dip Financial Planning from RMIT, Victoria, and a Bachelor of Accounting from Wollongong University in NSW. Additionally, he holds a fellowship of the Institute of Public Accountants in Australia and Associate of Public Accountants Institute in the United Kingdom
Tony has previously held senior positions with two of Australia’s largest Native Title Representative Bodies and has successfully negotiated ground-breaking land access agreements with multinational resources companies. In addition, he has negotiated and implemented complex land access and development agreements throughout The Pilbara, Kimberley, and Gascoyne Murchison area across a suite of minerals that has led to grants of exploration and mining tenements.
Director of Governance and Investors Relationship
At MantleVest Tommy is responsible for developing and leading client acquisition, client relationship management, and helping drive the company’s capital-raising efforts. Tommy is passionate about working with individual investors to help them align their personal values with their investment values.
Tommy has over a decade of governance experience in relation to starting and running a not-for-profit organisation in Australia. He has mentored over a hundred skilled migrants in Australia. In 2017, he published a book title “Migrant Success 101” with the intent of providing a life guide that will assist migrants in Australia that are feeling out of place, facing job search challenges, and inspiring them to pursue their dreams in Australia
He has more than 15 years’ loss prevention experience in Oil and Gas Subsea operations across the following countries- Australia, Nigeria, Russia, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Brunei. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Ilorin, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia.
Steve S. Toluwade
Director of Strategy and Business Development
Steve is responsible for the corporate investment model, philosophy, and strategy at MantleVest. His portfolio includes identifying investment opportunities, developing market access strategies, and managing the business operations.
Steve’s incursion into entrepreneurship began over 10 years ago. His multi-faceted experience cuts across strategy development for multinational joint-venture projects in Asia, interfacing with policymakers and business leaders to build win-win alliances, among others. Steve’s entrepreneurial passion aligns with currently developing social and economic impact opportunities in the emerging markets of Africa.
With over 24 years of global experience in the Upstream Petroleum Industry, Steve has led teams in executing and managing projects ranging from lean to multimillion-dollar complex offshore engineering projects in Nigeria, Brunei, Malaysia, and Australia, including world-first projects in Brunei. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and a Master of Science in Oilwell Design and Engineering from The Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, Scotland.
